Hockenheim Ring

The Hockenheim Ring Baden-Wuerttemberg is the motor speedway of the town of Hockenheim. The track was laid out in 1932 during three month as a dirt road and served as a test track for Mercedes Benz. Today the Hockenheim Ring is a modern motor speedway and part of the formula one race series. Moreover numerous events take place at the Hockenheim Ring ranging from rock concerts to an inline-skating school and driving training. After the modification in 2002 are stands for 120,000 viewers along the 4.5 km long track.
